Located in the Wells Branch area of North Austin, St. David's Emergency Center - Wells Branch is a full-service, freestanding emergency room (ER) providing a broad spectrum of care for conditions requiring prompt medical attention. We are open 24/7, including holidays, and proudly act as a trusted community resource for those needing immediate care, but may not have immediate access to a hospital. If you or a loved one is experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 immediately.

Our emergency medical team is composed of board-certified physicians and trauma-certified nurses who are fully equipped to treat heart attacks, stroke and serious injuries.

At our freestanding facility, you gain access to:

• 12 exam rooms
• Advanced imaging services
• Diagnostic laboratory testing

As an associated arm of St. David's North Austin Medical Center, we are able to provide immediate transfer to the hospital, should you or a loved one require inpatient emergency care.

Our ER is located between I-35 and FM1825, next to A+ Federal Credit Union and Exxon.
