St. David’s Emergency Center - Star Ranch is a full-service, freestanding emergency room (ER) providing outpatient care. We can also coordinate transport to St. David's Round Rock Medical Center for inpatient emergency services.

Our emergency medical team is composed of board-certified physicians and specially-trained emergency care nurses. We treat all serious conditions, including heart attacks and stroke.

Our freestanding ER features:

• 24/7 pediatric and adult emergency services
• On-site imaging services, including computed tomography (CT) scans, ultrasounds and X-rays
• On-site diagnostic laboratory

Our Star Ranch Emergency Center is at the southeast corner of Highway 130 and Gattis School Road.
